  • ComplianceOne® Lending Introductory Training

    This introductory class is designed for new ComplianceOne Lending users. The workshop focuses on the fundamental skills needed to use ComplianceOne Lending effectively to produce loan documentation.

    Introduction to the ComplianceOne Lending — New Implementation

    Our approach to software training is instructor-led and participant-centered. Skills learned in the workshop are applied and reinforced in hands-on exercises. Practice time is incorporated into the course, including supervised lab time for participants to apply and augment their skills with the software.

    Introductory training is required for first-time implementations of ComplianceOne.

    Course Content:

    You will learn how to configure ComplianceOne for the needs of your financial institution and how to process loans using the software. This includes:

    Administration:

    • Creating Organizations, users and officers
    • Defining Credit bureau(s)
    • Unlocking transactions
    • Deleting parties and transactions
    • Publishing changes
    • Creating lending policies
    • Defining document properties and defaults
    • Setting up variable rate indexes and products
    • Setting up fee and late charge policies
    • Defining credit life and disability insurance (if applicable)
    • Creating templates

    Loan Operations:

    • Navigating and using the Help tools
    • Entering or retrieving party information
    • Processing consumer, commercial and real estate applications and loan documents as applicable
    • Saving and retrieving transactions
    • Reviewing additional features as applicable

    Prerequisites:

    • The software must be installed at least one week prior to the training. Click here to visit the ComplianceOne Installation Instructions page.
    • Participants should feel comfortable using a mouse and with the basic features of Microsoft® Windows® applications.
    • At least one participant should have a thorough understanding of your organization's deposit policies, processes and products.
    • At least one participant should be familiar with your state and federal regulations.

    Training Options:

    • On-site – consists of three and a half days of training at the client’s location for up to eight participants. The three and a half days consist of:
      • One and a half days dedicated to Administration set up.
      • Two days dedicated to the Loan Operations.
       
    • Interactive Group Web – consists of four days of training conducted via web for up to ten participates per session. This option consists of multiple organizations participating in training at the same time. The four days consist of:
      • One and a half days dedicated to Administration set up.
      • Two and a half days dedicated to Loan Operations. Loan Operations is broken into five three-hour sessions and offered multiple times a month allowing for flexibility of scheduling.
       
    • Regional – consists of four and a half days of training at an offsite location for up to two participants. The Regional environment consists of multiple organizations participating in training at the same time. The four and a half days consist of:
      • Two days dedicated to Administration set up
      • Two and a half days dedicated to Loan Operations.

    Introduction to the ComplianceOne Lending Administration for New System Administrators

    We recognize that staff turnover is a fact of life for all businesses, including financial institutions and that job responsibilities change over time. This training focuses on the fundamental skills needed to maintain the ComplianceOne Solution setup effectively.

    This training is available to financial institutions that already have ComplianceOne installed and set up within their organization, but have people who are new to using ComplianceOne administration.

    Course Content:

    You will learn how to maintain ComplianceOne Lending administration for the needs of your financial institution. This includes:

    • Maintaining Organizations, users and officers
    • Defining Credit bureau(s)
    • Unlocking transactions
    • Deleting parties and transactions
    • Publishing changes
    • Creating lending policies
    • Defining document properties and defaults
    • Setting up fee and late charge policies
    • Defining credit life and disability insurance (if applicable)
    • Creating and maintaining templates

    Prerequisites:

    • 1:1 Interactive Web Training - consists of a live tailored training with focus on specific topics. The number of hours vary and are determined based on topics to be covered.

    ComplianceOne Lending Operations Training for New Users
