  • ComplianceOne® Deposit Introductory Training

    This introductory class is designed for new ComplianceOne Deposit users. The workshop focuses on the fundamental skills needed to use ComplianceOne Deposit effectively to produce deposit account documentation.

    Introduction to the ComplianceOne Deposit — New Implementation

    Our approach to software training is instructor-led and participant-centered. Skills learned in the workshop are applied and reinforced in hands-on exercises. Practice time is incorporated into the course, including supervised lab time for participants to apply and augment their skills with the software.

    Introductory training is required for first-time implementations of ComplianceOne.

    Course Content:

    You will learn how to configure ComplianceOne for the needs of your financial institution and how to process account openings using the software. This includes:

    Administration:

    • Creating Organizations, users and officers
    • Unlocking transactions
    • Deleting parties and transactions
    • Publishing changes
    • Creating account policies and products
    • Defining document properties and defaults
    • Defining Credit Union bylaws (if applicable)
    • Performing Rate maintenance

    Account Operations:

    • Navigating and using the Help tools
    • Entering or retrieving party information
    • Opening consumer and commercial accounts
    • Opening IRA/HSA accounts
    • Processing multiple account openings
    • Completing supplemental account documents
    • Printing rate sheets and disclosures

    Prerequisites:

    • The software must be installed at least one week prior to the training. Click here to visit the ComplianceOne Installation Instructions page.
    • Participants should feel comfortable using a mouse and with the basic features of Microsoft® Windows® applications.
    • At least one participant should have a thorough understanding of your organization's deposit policies, processes and products.
    • At least one participant should be familiar with your state and federal regulations.

    Training Options:

    Administration:

    • On-site - consists of a one and a half day training at the client's location for up to eight participants per session.
    • 1:1 Interactive Web Training – consists of one and a half days of training conducted via the Web for up to eight participates per session. The trainer will connect via the Web to the client’s software to conduct the Administration setup.

    Account Operations:

    • Web-Based Recorded Training - consists of self-paced recorded lessions on Account Transactions
    • On-site - consists of a half day training at the client's location for up to eight participants per session.
    • 1:1 Interactive Web Training - consists of a three-hour training allowing participants to ask the trainer questions.

    ComplianceOne Deposit Administration Training for New System Administrators

    We recognize that staff turnover is a fact of life for all businesses, including financial institutions and that job responsibilities change over time. This training focuses on the fundamental skills needed to maintain the ComplianceOne Solution setup effectively.

    This training is available to financial institutions that already have ComplianceOne installed and set up within their organization, but have people who are new to using ComplianceOne administration.

    Course Content:

    You will learn how to maintain ComplianceOne Deposit administration for the needs of your financial institution. This includes:

    • Maintaining Organizations, users and officers
    • Unlocking transactions
    • Deleting parties and transactions
    • Publishing changes
    • Modifying account policies and products
    • Defining document properties and defaults
    • Defining Credit Union bylaws (if applicable)
    • Performing Rate maintenance

    Prerequisites:

    • Your financial institution must already be using the ComplianceOne Solution within your organization.
    • Participants should feel comfortable using a mouse and with the basic features of Microsoft® Windows® applications.
    • At least one participant should have a thorough understanding of your organization's deposit policies, processes and products.
    • At least one participant should be familiar with your state and federal regulations.

    Training Options:

    • On-site - consists of a one-day refresher training at the client's location for up to eight participants per session.
    • 1:1 Interactive Web Training - consists of a live tailored training with focus on specific topics. The number of hours vary and are determined based on topics to be covered.

    ComplianceOne Deposit Operations Training for New Users
