Aaron Sayles to address daily liquidity reporting challenges at Risk Americas 2016

Wolters Kluwer today announced that senior consultant and liquidity risk expert, Aaron Sayles, will speak at the 5th Annual Risk Americas 2016 Convention on May 3-4 at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York.

Sayles will participate in the Liquidity Risk and Capital Management stream on Tuesday, May 3 at 4:40 p.m. During his presentation, Sayles will provide insights into effectively monitoring liquidity under the Federal Reserve guidelines set out in 2052a. More specifically, Sayles will address the challenges in daily liquidity reporting, strategies in liquidity forecasting, as well as best practices for building liquidity coverage ratio (LCR) from 2052.

“One of the biggest pain points for financial institutions is the shift in the way LCR is calculated and reported to federal regulators—it is tremendously complicated and time-consuming,” said Sayles. “During my presentation, we’ll examine how to produce a holistic risk reporting process using existing regulatory compliance procedures to create a workable solution for the long-term.”

Having joined Wolters Kluwer in 2014, Aaron Sayles has worked in the financial services industry for 13 years and cultivated expertise on industry trends and regulatory developments in liquidity and credit risk.

Risk Americas traditionally brings together senior financial risk and regulation professionals from around the globe to address central challenges within financial risk management. For more information, visit the 5th Annual Risk Americas 2016 website.
