Todd Cooper is vice president and general manager, Enterprise Compliance & Governance for the Wolters Kluwer Governance, Risk & Compliance division. In this role, Cooper is responsible for helping financial institutions efficiently and effectively meet evolving regulatory obligations as well as manage the risks associated with those changes.
A long-time leader at Wolters Kluwer, Cooper has served as vice president and general manager of the organization’s Financial Crimes business unit, where he was responsible for the strategy behind, and the development of, its comprehensive suite of anti-fraud and anti-money laundering solutions.
Cooper was also a former chief product manager for Wolters Kluwer’s line of Banking Analytics solutions, working with dozens of top 100 lenders and federal regulators on technology and business process solutions for Community Reinvestment Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act geocoding and fair lending compliance.
Cooper holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Emerson College in Boston, Mass.
