Software Trainer/Implementation Consultant
Jimm Legg is a software
trainer and implementation consultant with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services.
In this role, Legg provides best practices training to Wolters Kluwer Financial
Services’ customers and has worked with more than 1,000 financial institutions
to effectively utilize the company’s lending, deposit and BSA/AML product
Legg is also responsible
for creating comprehensive training materials, used by institutions of all
asset sizes, to ensure that customers who attend training are fully able to
deploy the software after the session ends. He has attended hundreds of hours
of industry training on AML/BSA technology, lending and deposit documentation
software and regulatory topics to guarantee that the training materials and
support he designs address key industry issues. In addition, Legg utilizes the
latest adult-learning techniques to provide customers with a combination of
technology, hands-on practice, group discussion and other best practices to
enhance their overall learning experience.
Prior to joining Wolters
Kluwer Financial Services, Legg worked as a software trainer and customer
service manager at AT&T. Legg earned his bachelor’s degree from St. John’s
University in Minnesota.
