Senior Vice President of Banking

Jay Tindall is senior vice president of Banking for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, where he leads and manages the organization’s Banking sales force. He has a dual reporting relationship to both the president and chief executive officer and the executive vice president of Banking for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services.

A banking industry leader with more than 25 years of experience, Tindall joined Wolters Kluwer Financial Services in 2006 with the company’s acquisition of GulfPak Corporation, a leading provider of automated lending and account origination solutions. Prior to that acquisition, he served as president and chief executive officer of GulfPak Corporation, responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company’s sales and marketing, operations, technology and product development functions. Tindall was vice president of Lending for a community bank located in Tate County, Mississippi for seven years before his role with GulfPak Corporation.

Tindall currently serves on the board of directors for Holly Springs Bancshares, which owns the oldest state chartered bank in Mississippi—The Bank of Holly Springs. He also formerly served as vice chairman of the Tate County Economic Development Authority.
